That depends on the shipping method you selected. We do our utmost, of course, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Within EU delivery takes 6-12 working days as a rule.
DHL Express
Within EU the Express costs are € 10. If the order value is in excess of € 50, the delivery is free of charge.

RETURNS
Issues with your order? One of the items you ordered does not fit or your order is incomplete? No problem at all? You can find about all you need to know about returns here.
Is the item you have ordered the wrong size? No problem at all! Using the return slip as well as the shipping label you can return the item free of charge. We will reimburse the purchase price as soon as the package reaches us. At the same time you have the option of ordering the item of your choice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the items directly.
Well, that's no good! Our apologies. Please return the damaged item to us free of charge using the return slip as well as the shipping label. We will exchange the items and send it to you again.
From the time the returned item reaches us, the reimbursement can take up to 10 working days.

You can redeem vouchers by entering your voucher code under 'Payment methods' when ordering.
It is possible that the voucher is expired or has been used already.
You can redeem discount codes directly in the shopping cart. Please note, that only one such discount code can be redeemed per purchase.

Forgotten password? No problem! Just click 'Log in' and use the 'Forgotten password' function. Enter your email address here. Afterwards you will receive an email to reset your password.
Log into 'My account'. Under ' My addresses” you can manage your billing and shipping addresses.
