HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I GET THE PACKAGE?

That depends on the shipping method you selected. We do our utmost, of course, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Within EU delivery takes 6-12 working days as a rule.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Within EU the Express costs are € 10. If the order value is in excess of € 50, the delivery is free of charge.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE PACKAGE?

Yes, by going to www.dhl.de you can track it.

RETURNS

Issues with your order? One of the items you ordered does not fit or your order is incomplete? No problem at all? You can find about all you need to know about returns here.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Is the item you have ordered the wrong size? No problem at all! Using the return slip as well as the shipping label you can return the item free of charge. We will reimburse the purchase price as soon as the package reaches us. At the same time you have the option of ordering the item of your choice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the items directly.

ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ARE DAMAGED.

Well, that's no good! Our apologies. Please return the damaged item to us free of charge using the return slip as well as the shipping label. We will exchange the items and send it to you again.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REIMBURSE A RETURNED ITEM?

From the time the returned item reaches us, the reimbursement can take up to 10 working days.

You can redeem discount codes directly in the shopping cart. Please note, that only one such discount code can be redeemed per purchase.

Yes, it is possible to combine a discount code and a voucher for your order.

Log into 'My account'. Under ' My addresses” you can manage your billing and shipping addresses.

Click the 'My account' icon on the top right in the header. The navigation of the 'My account' area opens. At the very bottom in the navigation you will find the link to log out.
